We moved here four years ago and we've had the honor of having some amazing friends. When I was pregnant with Asher I met Joellen. Her daughter Maddie was born two weeks before Asher. Having someone who had a baby the same age as Asher has been amazing. We have done so many playdates, and she is always the person I call when I am missing an ingredient and I need to put dinner on the table in twenty minutes. Our second babies are close in age as well. Yesterday we said good-bye because today they moved down to Florida. Most of our friends are in the Coast Guard, so we will be doing this every summer. It broke my heart when I woke Asher up today and he asked to see Maddie. We will miss them very much!
