I really wanted to do a day with just Asher before he started Kindergarten. I let him decide what to do. He really wanted Bennett to come along, so I took the two of them out on Saturday. I told them to decide on everything to do that day. We started off by hitting the bowling alley. They were a lot of fun to watch.
After bowling we went to the bookstore and McDonalds. At that point they were pretty crazy, so we went to the park so they could get rid of some energy.
We went for a nice long walk around the lake. Of course the boys had to go in the water.
We did end up getting some ice cream, and we ended the day by seeing a movie.
These guys had a lot of fun together. I am so grateful Asher has such amazing friends already.
Wow! Asher, what a great day you had with your friend Bennett. You look very snazzy in your bowling shoes and what muscles you have, lifting that heavy bowling ball!!!!! With one arm!!!! yikes! And your skills on the park equipment are growing by leaps and bounds....swinging around like a monkey....but you are a million times better than a monkey because you are a real boy!!!! And those sprinkle ice cream cones looked really yummy! yaaaaaay, Asher!
